XFiles Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of XFiles, provided by SR Apps. By using XFiles, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

XFiles provides tools for browsing and managing local files and supported cloud-storage accounts. You are responsible for the files, accounts, devices, and actions you choose to manage through the app.

Google Drive connection

When you connect Google Drive, authentication and account access are provided by Google. XFiles may perform file operations only when requested by you and only within the permissions you grant.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking file-operation choices before confirming actions such as move, replace, rename, or delete. You should maintain appropriate backups of important data.

Acceptable use

You must not use XFiles to violate applicable laws, interfere with services, gain unauthorised access, or distribute harmful or unlawful content.

Third-party services

XFiles may integrate with services such as Google Drive. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SR Apps does not control third-party service availability.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features when necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Disclaimer

XFiles is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every device, file type, or third-party service will always be supported.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SR Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss caused by user-confirmed file operations, device failure, third-party services, or failure to maintain backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of XFiles after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
